Mr. Onwuka who listed a number of cabinet members that included General Ihejirika as Cheif of Army Staff, Mrs Ngozi Iweala as the Minister of Finance, Mr. Ngige as Minister of Transport, Anyim Pius Anyim as Secretary to the government, Madueke as UN Ambassador, etc.

All appointees are given two weeks toreport for duty, just as all Nigerian military personnel are given a two weeks ultimatum to vacate the new Republic, said Mr. Onwuka.

When asked whether he is not committing treason against the Federal government, he said it is the right of citizens under the UN charter to seekself-determinate.
There has been no reaction from the Nigerian government, yet. However, when the group made a similar
declaration last year, the leaders were arrested and later released.
