Hip Hop is in safe hands says M.I. The rapper/label CEO took to twitter yesterday afternoon to shout out the future custodians of the genre in the country.
Eva, Reminisce, Phyno, Blackmagic, Olamide and Vector are among the most relevant rappers in the industry today. Though relatively new on the scene,
they've made everyone sit up and take notice, apparently everyone including M.I.

While saluting the present, M.I didn't forget those that came before him. His 'Uncles' and 'Daddies' as he called them. Mode 9, eLDee, Terry that Rapman,Illbliss, Ruggedman were all on that rollcall.

Even Iceberg Slim got a special shoutout. The 'Chairman' referred to him foe turned fam. Music fans will remember both rappers weren't seeing eye to eye
a while back (M.I addressed the situation in his song "Beef"). However they seemed to have settled the issue as M.I graced Iceberg's single "Ayanfe".

As we await M.I's next album project titled
'CHAIRMAN', we can't but speculate about who he will be featuring on the project. Maybe a few of the 'New Breed'? Be assured we'll be the first to let you know.
In the meantime though, listen to and
download M.I's
teaser " Akpata"
