Rivers state Governor, Rotimi Amaechi today marked his birthday with friends and political associates.
As part
of Gov Amaechi's 50th birthday ceremony, Governor-elect of Kaduna
State, Nasir El-Rufai was present to commission Rotimi Amaechi's legacy
project -Rainbow Estate in Port Harcourt.
