The expectant star wrote, ''First they say I’m too skinny so I have to be faking it…Now they say I’m too big so I have to be faking it…SMH!''
We previously reported that MediaTakeOut accused Kardashian of faking her pregnancy and repeatedly claimed the reality star has been using a prosthetic belly, and that she has a secret surrogate.

Kardashian’s new
selfie shows her completely naked from the side with her hand over her
breasts. Her protruding stomach is visible, as is her infamous derriere.
She went on to explain,
''Some days I’m photographed before I eat & look smaller, some days
I’ve just eaten & I look bigger. It’s all a part of the process. U
know me well enough 2know I would document the process if I got a
surrogate. Everyone’s body is different, every pregnancy is very
different.''
Kim K ready for more kids
While some tabloids like In Touch have already begun body mocking Kim as she gains weight, she noted, ''I’ve
learned to love my body at every stage! I’m going to get even bigger
& that’s beautiful too! I’m blessed to even be pregnant! Even
luckier to not have preeclampsia so far, so I don’t have the swelling
issue!''
She went on to say, ''they also
say your body carries a boy different than a girl. I’m grateful to God
for this miracle & no matter what rumors or comments you throw my
way this time they truly don’t affect me!'' She concluded with the
hashtags, “#NoFilter #NoPhotoShop #GoodLighting.”
