Seems like Nigeria needs to adopt this method to reduce the rate of
accidents in the country.... A severely damaged van was put up in the
air for passers-by to see at an intersection in Weinan city, northwest
China's Shaanxi Province, said hsw.cn, a Shaanxi-based news website on
Tuesday. The installation reportedly serves as a warning to drivers,
implying that they should slow down and use caution.
People can clearly see a severe concave in the left side of the van, and the top of the car is obviously twisted due to a car crash.
“The place is an accident-prone road section, at which multiple accidents have occurred,” hsw.cn quoted local villager Mr.Wang as saying, “I think it’s more effective in reducing the accidents by showing a disturbing crashed van than putting a warning sign there.”
