Governor Willie Obiano of Anambra state on Tuesday played host to the
AIG of Zone 9, Umuahia, Usman Gwary who is on tour of Police Formations
in the South East. Recall that the Obiano's security campaign which
made Anambra one of the most secure states in Nigeria in less than 6
months into office started with Gwary who was then the Commissioner of
Police in the State.
Gov Obiano while welcoming the AIG, commended the Commissioner of
Police, H. H. Karma and his men for their commitment and announced his
plans to host programmes that will enhance the capacity of the policemen
to make them more effective and proud of serving in Anambra.
