MTN CEO Resigns Over N1.04Trillion NCC Fine

MTN Group President and Chief Executive Officer, Sifiso Dabengwa, resigned this morning over the N1.04tn fine imposed on MTN Nigeria the Nigerian Communications Commission.


A copy of Dabengwa’s resignation letter reads in part: “Due to the most unfortunate prevailing circumstances occurring at MTN Nigeria, I, in the interest of the company and its shareholders, have tendered my resignation with immediate effect.”.....
