North Korean dictator has ordered men in the country to copy his weird
hair style limiting hair growth to a maximum length of 2cm. The only
people spared from complying with the new "law" are actors... Anyone who
breaks the law face having their hair cut short by authorities. Women
are advised to copy his wife, Ri Sol-ju's bob.
Authorities are so keen to enforce the crackdown on long hair that,
"University students monitors are walking around with scissors and
cutting off the hair of offenders", the Chosun Ilbo reported.
