It was a triumphant entry for Senator Buruji Kashamu yesterday when his
supporters hosted him and other victorious members of the PDP to a
reception on their victory at the Court of Appeal. The appellate court
had recently reversed the decision of the lower tribunal and affirmed
Senator Kashamu and other PDP members' election into the Senate, House
of Representatives and the Ogun State House of Assembly.
From Ijebu Ode to Ago-Iwoye and Ijebu Igbo, an enthusiatic crowd of
supporters throng the streets to wave at him and catch a glimpse of him.
