President Muhammadu Buhari was today conferred an Honorary Doctorate degree of Letters by the Kaduna State University during the 2nd Convocation ceremony of the University in Kaduna. Dignitaries at the event were -governor of Kaduna -Malam Nasie el-Rufai, Alhaji Aliko Dangote, Minister of Information Alhaji Lai Moham-med, Minister of State Budget and National Planning Hajia Zainab Ahmed and Deputy Governor of Kaduna Arch Barnabas Yusuf Bala and a host of others.
