Macmillan arrived at Lagos, on Jan. 11 to begin his visit to Nigeria, second stage of his 31-day African tour. He arrived by air from Accra, Ghana, and at the airport to greet them were the Governor-General, Sir James Robertson, and the Federation's Prime Minister, Alhaji Sir Abubakar Tafawa Balewa.
