The mum of one, 33, passed out after stumbling backwards and telling viewers and colleagues: “I’m so sorry, I’m going to faint.” Producers swiftly cut the camera feed focusing on the mum-of-one and moved back to concerned presenters Polly Evans and Rob Smith.
