Local Hero Saves Neighbors From Fire, 98 Percent Of Skin Burnt. Graphic Photos

Wang Feng was the first person who detected a fire that broke out at around 1:00 am on May 18th in a three-story building in Nanyang, central China's Henan province. Wang entered the building to rescue three people. After bringing them to safety, he rushed back into the building once more to help several people out.

Wang suffered severe burns on over 98 percent of his body. He will require several skin-grafting operations, which will cost more than a million yuan in total. However, Wang's family cannot afford such a large expense.







As of now, Wang still remains in critical condition, but his wife expresses no regret because she believes this is what he decided to do regardless of the consequences.
