According to the social media user who shared the photo, the Oba of Benin, Oba Ewuare II is allegedly a Mason who publicly identifies with the 'oldest fraternity in the world', the Freemasons.




The 63 year old monarch is pictured below with his 'brothers' dressed in the supposed full regalia of the Masons.

I am not sure when this photo was taken but it is definitely before his coronation last month.
