Nollywood veteran actor, Prince James Uche has made a passionate plea to Abia state government to help him.

The actor  who has been bed-ridden for close to a year is owing hospital bills and will be discharged on January 3rd 2017..He is calling on Nigerians and Government officials who made promises to kindly keep to them...
