A whole lot of people have stripped off completely n*ked in broad daylight to take a swim together for a cause.
Photos have shown the moment a load of people got together for a n*ked swim in the ocean.
According to Metro UK, surfers, authors and even neurosurgeons stripped off in Sydney, Australia, today.
A total of 1,335 people bared all as they took part in the event at Cobbler’s Beach, in Sydney Harbour National Park,.
Surprisingly the organisers said it had nothing to do with nudity even though there was a lot of flesh on show.
The participants were only allowed to strip off when they were on
the beach and were immediately given sarongs when they got out the
water.
The Sydney Skinny ocean swim had courses ranging from 300 to 900
metres where the participants could demonstrate their n*ked swimming
skills.
‘Every single body is welcome,’ Layne Beachley, a renowned surfer and ambassador for the event, told 9Honey.
‘I encourage everyone to jump in the water and feel, not only
the freedom of being nude, but also the healing qualities of immersing
yourself in nature.’
The fundraising event was founded by Nigel Marsh five years ago and
he also joined in again this year to raise money for cancer and
wildlife charities.
The swim was also marketed as a ‘spectator free’ event, which suggests everyone there had to be n*ked.
