An official of the Lagos State Traffic Management Agency was humiliated and beaten up in broad daylight in the line of duty.

A LASTMA official was on Friday, March 31st, beaten mercilessly by
Keke Napep Riders in Ikeja, Lagos, according to Twitter user, Taiwo
Francis @owiatsicnarf.
The reason why the LASTMA official received the beating of his life
is still unknown. He was pictured with a bloodied face as the public
intervened in the squabble.
Over them, there has been a long-term feud between the commuters and the LASTMA officials in Lagos State.
