Adeyanju, a former Director of New Media of the People's Democratic
Party has accused the suspended Director General of the National
Intelligence Agency, Ayo Oke of gross sharp practices.

Deji Adeyanju, a staunch critic of the President Muhammadu Buhari
administration yesterday ate the humble pie to salute the suspension and
investigation of the DG of National Intelligence Agency (NIA), Ayo Oke.
Ayo Oke and the Secretary to the Federal Government, David Babachir
Lawal were yesterday suspended from office for alleged abuse of office
and corruption pending on the investigations of an instituted panel.
Mr. Adeyanju who is currently the convener of a civil society group - Concerned Nigeria has accused Mr. Oke of being corrupt.
He alleged that Oke who is being linked to the N13billion uncovered
by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission at the prestigious
Osborne Towers in Ikoyi, Lagos of trying to bribe the Chairman of the
anti-graft body, Ibrahim Magu with $1 million.
