We reported earlier yesterday
that 24-year-old Super Eagles striker, Ahmed Musa, who made a club
record signing after his transfer to the Premier League some months ago,
was arrested on suspicion of attacking and beating up his wife.
It was gathered that the Leicester City FC footballer was quizzed
at his £850,000 five-bedroom home in Countesthorpe, Leicestershire,
after operatives of the UK Police received a domestic abuse complaint
against Musa.
Popular Nigerian blogger, Linda Ikeji went digging to find out what
might cause the former CSKA Moscow forward who cost the EPL club,
Leicester City, a record fee of £16.6m, to lay his hand on his lovely
wife.
Below is LIB's findings;
Ahmed Musa's lady love - the woman he wants to make the 2nd wife
"LIB went digging and we think we know what happened.
Apparently, Ahmed who has been married to his wife and mother of two
children, Jamila, for years now, took to his IG page yesterday to wish a
certain lady a happy birthday and uploaded her photo.
"The lady is said to be Juliet Adeh Ujue and according to
rumours, he's planning to marry her as a second wife and being that he's
a muslim, he's allowed to marry more than one wife.
"The birthday message was said to have infuriated his wife, who
confronted him and expressed her displeasure. Neighbours called the
police during a shouting match between couple. Police officers arrived
and took Ahmed to the station. He was released after some hours."
