Nigerian President, Muhammadu Buhari who presided over the Federal Executive Council meeting earlier today and also received the national women’s basketball team who won at the AfroBasket tournament in Mali last week, has arrived Kastina State for Eid El Kabir celebration in his hometown Daura.
He was received by the Emir of Daura, Alhaji Umar Farouk, Katsina State Governor Aminu Bello Masari, Emir of Katsina HRH Alhaji Abdulmumini Kabir Usman, GOC 1 Division Nigerian Army Major General Adeniyi Oyebade, politicians and thousands of well wishers.
The President who looked much healthier and radiant, smiled as he waved to the mammoth crowd as he walked from the airstrip to his residence in the GRA of the town.
