Photo: Notorious young thief caught while attempting to steal Laptop, Plasma TV in Delta State

A young suspected thief simply identified as Charles was nabbed yesterday in Sapele, Delta State. The suspect is said to have been stealing from residents of Shell Road and environs especially whenever they are away at schools, work and churches.

However, luck ran out on him on Monday, when he attempted to steal Laptops and Plasma television.
