A 45-year-old man identified as Mishack Arie, who was caught defiling a 7-year-old girl in Igbomotoru 1 community, in Southern Ijaw LGA of Bayelsa state, has been paraded in the village’s council hall.
According to sources, the incident happened on Thursday, August, 31, 2017.
