Photos: 70-year-old man paraded after he was nabbed for allegedly defiling a 6-year-old girl

According to Zuma Times, a 70-year-old man was nabbed and paraded for defiling a 6-year-old girl, by construction workers at an uncompleted building that he chose to commit the act in.
