Borno State Governor, Kashim Shettima on Sunday, paid a
visit to the victims of Saturday’s Biu Market bomb attack, who are
admitted at the State Specialist Hospital in Maiduguri.
13 persons were killed and 53 sustained injuries in the suicide attacks.
One female suicide bomber infiltrated the market and
detonated an Improvised Explosive Device (IEDs) strapped to her body.
The other bomber detonated the explosive outside the crowded market and
killed herself.
