Chief Godson Ezenagu, an Aspirant in the just concluded APGA primaries has lamented the level of injustice metted on him in APGA. Ezenagu who spoke shortly after his loss to Hon. Anayo Nnebe in the recently concluded APGA House of Reps primaries for Awka North and South federal constituency was particularly displeased with the role Victor Umeh played in the process.
He revealed that Umeh who in 2015 collected over N30m from him to assist him in reclaiming his mandate from Rt. Hon. Anayo Nnebe (Ichele Awka) who was then in PDP did not use the money for the purpose but is today parading the same Anayo Nnebe as his choice Candidate for Awka North and South.
Ezenagu said that beyond the N30m he gave Umeh to assist him in pursuing his case against Nnebe in 2015, he also gave Victor Umeh N10m as requested by Umeh before the primary election.
He labelled Senator Victor Umeh an Extortionist. According to Ezenagu, Umeh is fond of reaping where he did not sow, he (Umeh) collected money from many of us in 2015 yet failed to assist us with our court cases as promised – he instead used our hard earned money to pursue his own case in court.
Ezenagu also revealed that Umeh collected money from Aspirants, promising them that he will talk to Gov. Obiano on their behalf to grant them APGA tickets for their various positions of interest yet failed them.
Chief Ezenagu further described Chief Victor Umeh’s behaviour as unfortunate and noted that it won’t be long before Umeh meets his waterloo.
According to Ezenagu, Umeh’s wickedness and treachery is beyond human comprehension and undertanding. He stated that Umeh who is today romancing Anayo Nnebe because of the money he gets from Nnebe once described Hon Anayo Nnebe as a failure.
“Nnebe is a failure and Victor Umeh knows this, however, his uncontrollable lust for money has, just like bee attracts honey, attracted Umeh to Nnebe. However it won’t be long before both Umeh and Nnebe meets a dead end”, Ezenagu lamented.
He (Ezenagu) described Umeh and Nnebe’s current romance as self-serving. He noted that their combination can never in any way serve the interest of the people of Awka North and South federal constituency and urged the people of Awka North and South to never make the mistake of reinforcing failure in the person of Hon. Anayo Nnebe whom he described as a non-performer with distinction.
Recall that in 2015, Hon Anayo Nnebe of PDP defeated Chief Godson Ezenagu of APGA for the House of Reps seat of Awka North and South Federal Constituency. Ezenagu went to the tribunal to challenge the case but came out without success.
