Laycon becomes the first BBNaija housemate to gain 1 million followers while still inside the house

Big Brother Naija housemate, Laycon has made history, as he becomes the first BBNaija housemate ever to hit a million followers on Instagram while still in the house.

Recall that Laycon was one of the housemates with the lowest followers on Instagram before entering the reality show. He is also the first housemate of the BBNaija Lockdown to be verified on Instagram with just 45k followers.

Before now, fellow housemate Nengi and Erica had more followers then Laycon during the first two weeks.  However, the singer has surpassed all the housemates on major social media platforms.

Laycon is officially the most followed BBNaija season 5 housemate on Twitter and Instagram.

The 26-year-old talented rapper had just 4k followers but few days after viewers got to know him and had a liking for his personality.

Laycon is one of the housemates with the biggest fan base in BBNaija Lockdown and his one of the favorite to emerge winner of the fifth edition of the reality TV show as most celebrities and fans are campaigning for him.
