  • Nigeria Artiste And Their Biggest Hit Singles

  •  After so much deliberation, I  compiled a list of Nigeria artistes and their biggest hit songs.

I made a proper research on each artiste which include song relevance till now, digital streams count, YouTube views count, awards and records won with the song, general acceptance on the street, impact of the song on international scene (including Africa ad other part of the world)

As usual I still catch cruise on the list, sorry if it landed on the head of your favourite, nah so my cruise dey be, nobody knows who it is hitting.

Pay attention to the asterisk (*) I explained it at the foot part of the content.

    Davido - Fall/IF*
Burna Boy - Ye/On The Low*
    Wizkid - Ojulegba/Come Closer*
    Olamide - Wo/Bobo*
Flavour - Nwa Baby (Ashawo Remix)/Ada Ada*
    Psquare - Chop My Money(Remix)
    Phyno - Fada Fada
    2Baba - African Queen
    Tekno - Pana
    Yemi Alade - Johnny
    Runtown - Mad Over You
    Tiwa Savage - MaLo
    Ice Prince - Aboki
    Falz -  Soft Work
Patoranking - My Woman My Everything
    Simi - Duduke
    Mayorkun -  Mama
    Erigga - Motivation
    Zoro - Ogene
    Timaya - Bum Bum
    Kizz Daniel - Madu
    Ruffcoin - Eriwa
    Rudeboy - Reason With Me
    Ycee - Juice
    Duncan Mighty - Fake Love
    Dj Neptune - Nobody
    Rema - Dumebi
    D'Banj - Oliver Twist
Peruzzi - (I am trying to remember his song but if it is featuring, I choose Amaka)
    Wande Coal - Iskaba
    Reekado Banks - Oluwa Ni
    Naira Marley - Soapy
    Adekunle Gold - Pick Up**
    Adekunle Gold - Something Different**
Korede Bello - Do Like That.*

Just add the ones I didn't put here, they list is carefully selected so if I am wrong it will be in one or two places.

*Burna Boy, Wizkid, Davido, Flavour and Olamide have many hits it was even had to choose just two songs for them but I just have to settle for two.

**Adekunle Gold to me had two careers, the first was the Adekunle Gold at YBNL who gave us the alternative motivational and love songs, then second is the current Adekunle Gold who is the new Afro Pop king.

***Korede Bello's "Do Like That" did better in the international scene than Godwin.
