    His innovative tendencies has labeled the essence of new ideas and vitality the aforementioned industries, including discovering institutions such as, International Energy Insurance (IEI), which emerged as a frontline Insurance Company in Nigeria, undertaking a successful capital raise and listing on the Floor of the Nigerian Stock Exchange. Ofcourse, Mr. Sekibo's forthrightness in reinventing new ideas led to the acquisition of Enterprise Bank Ltd, to create a bigger, better and stronger Heritage Bank Ltd following rigorous and novel regulatory approval processes leading to the dissolution of the erstwhile Institutions comprising HBCL & EBL to birth the New Bank.


    Mr. Sekibo's values for human  resources and socio-economic development cannot be left in Limbo. The Bayelsan philanthropist has engaged the efforts of women and youth in defining how a Nation can progress. Hence, creating programmes to support this thrill.
