Tonto Dikeh has disclosed that she is undergoing her third cosmetic surgery procedure.
The actress claimed she had had two liposuction surgeries so far, having been upfront about her body enhancement and even documenting her first procedure on a LITV show.
She also mentioned that she is awaiting her third.
