Ojulari Olasunkanmi popularly known as ‘Sunky O’ is a celebrity lifestyle connoisseur, and founder/ceo of The Sunky O Lifestyle Company, one of the leading entertainment & lifestyle firms based in Lagos, Nigeria.
The accountant turned brand strategist and lifestyle professional, has announced his intention to hold a branding and strategy virtual session on Instagram. “I don’t want to only inspire, I also want to teach and help aspiring lifestyle enthusiasts and branding executives” Sunky said. He made this known to our reporter via a telephone chat.
“My long term dream has been to follow my passion and build a career out of it and I am doing that, so now I want to host such sessions as a way of mentoring and giving back” he added.
Ojulari said, he had initially hoped to kick off the project in 2020, but due to the covid 19 pandemic and the subsequent restriction protocols he ended up postponing and rescheduling it.
Sunky says the live sessions will be held weekly starting Nov 29th, 2021. The virtual sessions which will see him partner with other lifestyle, branding and music business executives and will focus on educating and mentoring aspiring lifestyle enthusiasts who want to make a career out if it. “The aim of these sessions is to educate participants on the basics of branding with emphasis on lifestyle, entertainment and music business. It will also help participants gain insight on how to exploit the various sources of income available to them” he explained.
Olasunkanmi, graduated from the University of Lagos with a degree in accounting and also holds a diploma in advertising. He has been managing brands since 2010 and had his first stint while in the University as an Etisalat Campus Ambassador. He has also worked over the years as a brand manager with several hospitality businesses such as club Zorya, club DNA, Quilox, Kabaal, Moonshine cafe to mention a few.
