I HAVE NO REGRETS FOR BEING A FILMMAKER – Martins Obiora Agbata

 

The Nigerian Nollywood executive producer Martins Obiora Agbata, born in Anambra states, is an

executive movie producer, says in his recent interview that he has no regrets for being a film maker.
Martin Obiora Agbata is versatile and superb in the movie makings business, he is known as an icon of
positivity, he has been able to cause big changes with his Movies “THE UNFORSAKEN, GADEN OF EDEN,
UNCHAINED, THE TIE & ASSETS” which have received warm remarks and have been a model for change
to the minds of the youth and have instilled good values to their character.
Regardless the challenge in the Nollywood movie industry, he further says that making a successful film
through funding and principled engagement gives him greater joy rather than acting and directing “I
have grown in the movie industry to understand the challenges of being an Actor and also a director, To
which being able to produce a successful film counts as joy as I get to shape the minds of the people in a
positive light that also gives hope for a better tomorrow through principled story telling.
The Nigeria movie industry is an opportunity for all crew and cast to engage in and implement an
educational system, Because nollywood itself educates you just by participating in any of its film
procedures despite the surrounding difficulties in the country as a whole” he says.
He made mention of some movies which he is the executive producer, “THE UNFORKSAKEN,
UNCHAINED, GADEN OF EDEN, THE ASSOCIATE, ASSETS, THE TIE”
