Read very well before you comment and know that this isn't a comparison between the two artists.
Since the release of “Made In Lagos” in 2020, Wizkid has become more interested in doing songs with more and more younguns.
First, he put Tems and Tay Iwar on “Made In Lagos” and then added Buju to the Deluxe edition. He even almost featured Bella Shmurda on “Anoti.” The thing is, he didn’t just have chemistry with these guys, but every time he’s on a track with these new guys, he always seems to even best them.
Think of “Pami” for instance. Everyone was expecting the Omah Lay magic, but Wizkid stepped up and he ate the song. Or, “Mood,” a song people thought Buju would kill Wizkid on; he didn’t even come close because WizKid was absolutely stunning on the track.
This year now, there’s news that Wiz will work with even more new kids on the block. From featuring on Omah Lay’s debut album to putting Victony and Alpha P on his own album, we’re expecting Wizkid to do a lot of these amazing collaborations.
Just imagine what it would be like if Wizkid decides to do a song with Marlian Records’ Starboy, Zinoleesky.
Zinoleesky is a stellar vocalist, and he’s got all the talent an artist can ask for, just like WizKid. But is he going to be able to stand up to the challenge of murdering Wizkid on a track?
