She was a recipient of the Officer of the Order of the Federal Republic (OFR) award. • MURPHY AFOLABI: He was a Nollywood actor, producer and director who died on May 14 at the age of 49. He reportedly slumped in his bathroom and was buried the next day in his uncompleted house in Ekorodu, Lagos state. He had been sick for a while before his death.
