  • Allegations Are Fictional – Seyi Tinubu Denies Isah’s Claims
  • Seyi Tinubu, son of the president, Bola Tinubu has denied ever meeting with the President of the National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) — Comrade Atiku Abubakar Isah, trying to bribe or even inflicting harm on him.

Isah had alleged — with a picture of him looking brutalized —that Seyi had sent his thugs to beat him up during the inauguration of students in Abuja.

According to Isah, Seyi’s thugs had stormed the Wells Carlton Hotel in Asokoro — where the event was ongoing. They stopped the event and caused chaos.

Describing the fight and all, Seyi said it was with political motivation as he strongly believed it was orchestrated because he had turned down a N100m bribe from Seyi to silence him as the head of Nigerian students.

He also claimed that Senator Ibrahim Shekarau and former Governor Idris Wada who were present at the event —had to run away as soon as the fight started. The attackers made away with some properties and harmed some other attendees.

However, Seyi who made a post on his Instagram page has debunked the claims.
According to him, he has never met Isah intentionally, before.

The president’s son also said it was an attempt to defame his character expressing his surprise at how Isah — according to him — was lying with so much confidence.

“I have never held a meeting to discuss any subject matter with Comrade Isah in Lagos or anywhere else in the world.

“I have never knowingly met him before. Neither did I visit any location with thugs. All these allegations by Atiku Isah are completely fictional

“Wow…how can someone lie with so much confidence? Wow wow…an attempt to defame any character. May God be with you Comrade Atiku Isah,” he said.

Following the turn out, netizens are demanding the authorities to fully investigate the allegation.
