Ronke Oshodi has praised Iyabo Ojo over her mature approach during her daughter’s wedding to Tanzanian singer, Juma Jux
She praised her for accepting her ex-husband to grace the occasion.
Ronke also commended Iyabo’s dedication as a mother, recalling how she prioritized her children.
She also defended Tope Alabi amid online backlash for not inviting her daughter’s father to her wedding, suggesting the 27-year-old daughter may have had a say in the decision and should be considered before assigning blame.
She said: “I give kudos to Iyabo Ojo. When Priscilla and her brother were young, she was always going everywhere with them. She is a devoted mother. I now respect her more when I saw Priscilla’s dad at the wedding. I also learnt a lesson from her,”
“Don’t let us blame Tope Alabi for not allowing the father of her daughter to be present at her wedding. The girl is 27 years old, maybe she was the one that didn’t want to see her dad. She is an adult. If she really wanted her dad, she would have insisted to her mum,” Ronke added.
