In a significant political development, the Executive Governor of Plateau State, Barr. Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang, has officially announced his defection from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to the Young Progressives Party (YPP).
According to the Governor, the decision follows extensive consultations with key stakeholders within and outside Plateau State. He noted that these engagements revealed a shared belief that the YPP presents a fresh, people-centered platform capable of accelerating ongoing reforms and advancing the collective aspirations of Plateau citizens.
