A major update has emerged regarding the lady who falsely accused popular singer Rudeboy of P-Square of r@pe. According to fresh information shared by Joshua on X, the woman identified as @chubbiedivah has been arrested, detained, and formally charged to court over the false allegation.
Joshua detailed the timeline of events:
After publicly accusing Rudeboy of r@pe, the lady allegedly deactivated her X account, disappeared from social media, and even fled her husband’s home to avoid being held accountable.
However, on November 6, 2025, she was arrested and detained, and by November 10, 2025, she was officially charged to court.
Joshua noted that Rudeboy intentionally chose not to publicize her arrest to avoid unnecessary public sympathy that could influence the case or hinder justice.
During her detention, the lady reportedly began complaining of severe health issues within 24 hours—claiming she couldn’t breathe properly and that her legs were swollen. After consideration, authorities allowed her to visit the hospital, following a plea from her lawyer that she would return to custody by November 10.
But she failed to show up.
Her lawyer claimed that her health condition was “serious,” leading the court to adjourn the matter to November 17. Yet again, she did not appear, insisting she was still under medical supervision.
The court has now fixed a new date—December 1, 2025—and has ordered that either she or her lawyer must be present without fail.
Joshua emphasized that despite her attempts to evade the process, she has not gone scot-free and will not go scot-free.
He added that r@pe is a very serious crime, and no one—regardless of status—deserves to be falsely accused of it.
