A crochet maker and social media user known as Arikan, who goes by the handle @notralia on X (formerly Twitter) Arikan Notralia, has gone public with an allegation against former Big Brother Naija housemate Neo Akpofure, claiming he sexually assaulted her during their time at the University of Calabar.
In a post shared on X, Arikan said she and Neo had been casual partners under the agreement that he was not in a relationship. According to her, she later discovered he was involved with someone else and confronted him at his apartment, where she alleges the assault occurred.
She challenged him to publicly deny the claim, stating that the incident happened around the period he was reportedly dating the daughter of the institution’s vice-chancellor.
