President Jonathan over the weekend paid an unannounced visit to his wife in a Germany. Presidential spokesman, Dr. Reuben Abati, confirmed that the President visited his wife in Germany on Saturday and returned to the country on Sunday.
A few seconds video clip was shown on NTA news showing president Jonathan and Patience Jonathan together during his visit.
Meanwhile the presidency is claiming that the first lady is hale and hearty in Germany. Reuben Abati said, "You can see that the setting does not resemble that of a hospital. She is hale and hearty."
