PHOTOS: American Rapper, Rick Ross Appears In Court Today After Being Denied Bail

American rapper, Rick Ross appeared before a judge today after being denied bail after he was arrested on kidnapping and felony assault charges last week.
Ross -- who's visibly tired -- didn't have the option of bailing out ... the judge has treated this as a no-bail case because the rapper faces kidnapping and aggravated assault charges over an altercation he had with a groundskeeper at his estate.

Ross is accused of taking a worker on his property, the mega-mansion formerly owned by boxing legend Evander Holyfield, into the guest house and pistol whipping him when he did not provide the answers to the questions he desired. Ross’ bodyguard was also taken into custody.
