The national tragedy in Japan (flooding) caused by the raining season
has done more harm than good in the Asian country.... At least three
people were killed and dozens unaccounted for after levee breaches on
Japan's Kinugawa River. Houses have been washed away, and over 100,000
residents were forced to evacuate from the nearby area. Around 100
buildings in the city have been flooded, prompting calls from residents
to the city government and emergency services for aid.
