Samson Siasia Elated Following News Of Mothers Rescue

Dream Team VI Coach, Samson Siasia has expressed excitement with news of the release of his mother who was abducted 2 weeks ago in Bayelsa State.‘Thank God! she’s back home now I got the news this morning to,’ he told reporters. The Coach is currently in Senegal with his team, for the 2015 Africa U-23 Cup of Nations.



News of her rescue was confirmed by the Nigeria Police on Saturday. Police ASP Asinim Butswat, who is the Public Relations Officer for the Commissioner of Police, Bayelsa State said;

‘Madam Beauty Siasia abandoned by her abductors and stressed that she is hail and hearty. ” She has been reunited with her family and the Police has intensified efforts to arrest the fleeing suspects,.
