This is the blood spattered room where a Russian billionaire's teenage son allegedly strangled his mother to death with a mobile phone charger while 'high on drugs'. Egor Sosin, 19, was detained on suspicion of murder after his mother Anastasia Novikova-Sosina was found in a hotel suite they were sharing in the Volga River city of Kazan in Russia.
