Kourtney Kardashian may or may not be on her way to being a cougar as she was spotted living it up with P Diddy's 24 year old son Quincy on Wednesday night.They dined at Scott Disick's favorite restaurant .This comes after reports she has been casually hooking up with Justin Bieber for months .
