A newborn baby was found dead this morning at a dump site in Oyibo area of Rivers State. Facebook user, Elenda Samuel who shared photos, wrote;
“This is very BAD..Why do this to an innocent baby
?This little baby was dumped @ oyigbo dump site this morning PH
God will Judge whoever did this
Amen.”
