A Jos-based man, Thomas Gwom has revealed how he struggled for about 25 minutes with Ifeanyi Dikeh, the wanted Port Harcourt suspected ritual killer who raped and killed an 8-year-old, before he managed to captured him.
Thomas took to his Facebook page to call out the Nigerian police for taking credit for the rearrest without giving acknowledging him.
