Muhammadu Buhari is reported absent as Vice President Yemi Osinbajo
presides over the National Security Council Meeting.

Vice President Yemi Osinbajo is currently presiding over the
National Economic Council meeting holding, in Abuja, the capital city,
newsmen report.
Should president Muhammadu Buhari absents himself from any meeting
ie Federal Executive Council or National Economic Council, respectively,
for any constitutional reason, Vice Osinbajo presides over in his
stead.
Mr Osinbajo attended the National Retreat on revitalising urban
water supply earlier Thursday morning before he presided over the
monthly meeting of the National Economic Council.
The information was contained in a tweet by the VP’s Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, Mr. Laolu Akande.
