I. Native Projects at KCC
The staff must be KYC verified and the project must complete a due diligence form.
Before the end of the event, KYC certification was obtained.
II. For Cross-chain Projects
Cross-chain projects need to meet the following conditions：
1. Complete a due diligence form and team members KYC before the end of event.
2. the project needs to be live and in continuous operation for more than 1 month in other blockchains.
3. Some projects need to provide audit reports (if applicable based on protocol type)
