In a strongly worded message shared online, content creator LMG delivers a blunt reminder about the importance of self-protection, especially in a world where good intentions are often repaid with hurt.
According to LMG, many people move through life with open hearts and genuine intentions, yet end up deeply wounded by those they love, trust, and sacrifice for. He notes that the nicer or more selfless a person is, the more likely they are to be intentionally hurt by others — including partners, friends, and even family members.
LMG emphasizes that anyone who is deliberate about causing physical or emotional harm should be considered an enemy, regardless of their relationship to you.
“It doesn’t matter who they are — girlfriend, boyfriend, wife, husband, friends, family. Once someone is intentional about hurting you, they become enemies. That’s when you start protecting yourself, because if they succeed, you’re the loser.”
