A heated exchange has broken out on social media between fashion entrepreneur Rahman Jago and popular online personality Urglygram, following a post that many initially assumed was harmless.
The drama began after Rahman Jago shared a video of a dark-skinned young man with striking features, praising God while showcasing the clip. The post quickly gained attention, attracting comments from followers. Among them was a user who claimed to personally know the young man, stating that he was his junior during their secondary school days.
Responding to the comment, Rahman Jago explained that what caught his attention was the boy’s skin tone and unique look, adding that he believed the young man would be a perfect fit as a model for his clothing brand.
However, the situation took a different turn when Urglygram, a controversial figure popularly referred to online as a “weed chief,” quoted Rahman Jago’s post. In his response, Urglygram questioned whether the young man was “mean enough” to represent a brand, while also noting that he personally wears and supports Rahman Jago’s fashion line.
Rahman Jago did not take the comment lightly. In his reply, he asked Urglygram to place himself in his position and questioned whether Urglygram would consider allowing him to model for his own brand if the roles were reversed.
That response appeared to escalate tensions. Urglygram fired back with a series of insults directed at Rahman Jago, questioning why the fashion entrepreneur would seek out a new model while overlooking someone who actively buys and wears his products. He went further to lash out at social media users who defended Rahman Jago, insisting that he was merely “catching cruise” but continuing to post aggressively.
As of the time of filing this report, Urglygram has continued to vent on his page, with the back-and-forth drawing mixed reactions from fans and observers online.
With neither side backing down, social media users are watching closely to see how the public feud will eventually play out.
